Purrfect Loop is a cat speed-dating game!

You're a furry feline looking for love. Six purrfect potential love interests have agreed to try out speed-dating, but YOU'RE in the hot seat!

CONTROLS: D/RIGHT to move. SPACE/ENTER to confirm. W/UP and S/DOWN to select dialogue options. Do NOT use mouse outside of Main Menu and Epilogue.

Press X to skip forward in rounds! You can use this to end the game quickly or get back to where you were if you accidentally click around

Hop from one dating station to the next. No one likes a self-doubter, so remember: you can only move CLOCKWISE. Make the most of your time across 4 dating rounds. You can revisit each of your dates per round, but you only have one shot at responding...

Features

• About 5,700 words of bad cat puns and romantic epilogues
• Custom music made by me in Bosca Ceoil Blue. My first time!
  • The cat meows in-song are from Brownie, a cat I met in a pet store yesterday, and my own cat, Maverick
    
• Countless bad references to Animorphs, the Sims, FNAF...you name it. I highly recommend selecting the Animorphs response to Gigi in Round 4.
• Art, story, all the Godot bits, all haphazardly made by me. i did my best and need some sleep. (Rose brush, heart pattern, sparkles, stuff like that are CSP free assets/brushes)

Inspiration / thoughts

• Inspired by the Ratchelor, one of my fav silly games!
• I intended for each round to challenge your memory of what the cat has said before. This is more relevant in some routes vs others, like Mort vs. Zazzle
• Each of the cat sprites are a bit higher resolution than in-game, but I didn't have time to re-code them for size, lol.
